When is my bill due? Here’s a little budget- planning help for Cotton Electric members. This downloadable, printable PDF lists the bill dates, due dates and periods of usage they pertain to.

The information below is provided in order to give Cotton Electric Cooperative members a complete listing of billing and due dates for 2011. Billing is staggered in cycles each month. Some members are billed in Cycle 1, others in Cycle 2, etc. The cycle number is listed to the right of the color-coded address on a bill. In other words, the address is written in red on a Cycle 3 bill and in green on a Cycle 4 bill.

Also, the approximate period of usage will help members determine the time frame in which they used electrical appliances and equipment which contributed to the amount of their electric service bill during a given period. This information should help in planning timely bill payments.
PLEASE NOTE: The number of days in a billing cycle may vary if a meter is still read by a Cotton Electric employee.
