Introducing the Co-op Connections Program

Cotton Electric, in conjunction with other Touchstone Energy cooperatives around the country, has developed the Co-op Connections program to deliver more value to members and promote participating businesses.

The program is FREE to participating businesses who offer cooperative members valuable discounts at their local business. In return, members are encouraged to shop at the participating businesses in our advertising promotions and on our Web site: www.cottonelectric.com.

We serve over 15,000 members in Southwest Oklahoma and millions more are served by our fellow Touchstone Energy cooperatives. Imagine how many households you could reach by participating in our program!

About the program

• All Cotton Electric members will receive two free Co-op Connections cards and key fobs and a list of participating local and national businesses.
• This program gives participating businesses exposure to our 15,000 members and millions more served by our fellow Touchstone Energy® cooperatives.
• A list of participating businesses will be provided to all Cotton Electric members. These businesses are also posted on the Web at www.cottonelectric.com and www.connections.coop.
• Co-op members are encouraged to shop at participating businesses through promotions in our newspaper, radio ads, newspaper ads, bill stuffers, etc.

And the program is FREE to participating businesses!

Here’s how the card works

All Cotton Electric members will automatically receive Co-op Connections cards in March 2008.

When they show the card any participating business, they receive a discount. It’s that easy and all participating businesses have the choice to opt out of the program at the end of every year.

Here’s an example of a typical business discount:
• 20% off purchase of regular priced merchandise, 10% off sale items
• 10% discount on meals
• Large 44oz. fountain drink for the price of a medium.
• $2.00 off any car wash.
• Lube, oil, and filter with multi-point inspection for $19.95.
• 20% off regular priced furniture and accessories
