2019 Underground replacement
October 25, 2019
To Whom It May Concern:
Cotton Electric Cooperative, Inc. is now accepting bids for a 2019 underground replacement project. This project will involve the change out of approximately 7,200 feet of underground cable. We prefer a turn-key job and would like the work to begin as soon as possible.
Below, you will find a link to a unit list of the work to be performed. Please use your proposed unit prices to come up with a lump sum price for these units. Please include any unit prices for the installation and removal of these units. If you have pricing that would be necessary to complete work that you would potentially invoice us for separately, make sure that is included in your complete price list. Please include the entire list of unit prices you would use if awarded the bid.
Cotton Electric Cooperative is an RUS borrower and is required to build to RUS specifications. Units used in this bid are from a current RUS spec. manual using the (dot) spec. Please represent your unit prices based on this spec. You will be expected to adhere to this upon being selected as the winning bidder. Please include a list of references and a sample invoice you would be submitting for payment.
Staking sheets for this project are also linked below.
Please include current insurance verification for Liability and Workers Compensation with your bid packet. Bid winner will be required to name Cotton Electric Cooperative Inc. as an additional insured on their Liability policy.
Please return your bids to our office by 9:00 a.m. Friday, November 8, 2019. Bid opening is public and will be done at 9:30 a.m. Friday, November 8, 2019 at the Cotton Electric Headquarters at 226 N Broadway, Walters, OK. If you do not attend and would like view the lump sum results of the bid opening, they will be found on our website.
